Non-Refundable Services
All payments made for consultations, rituals, and traditional healing services are final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
This is because the time, preparation, and effort involved cannot be reversed once the process has started.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduled sessions must be arranged within a reasonable timeframe.

In rare cases where we are unable to provide the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, you will be given the option of a refund or an alternative service of equal value.
